Steve Marlowe has gone through this before in Polk County (see other videos and news stories) and has found that representing himself with total candor to a jury can be resonable way to deal with a bad law. Steve is also very concerned about the inaccurate warrant, obviously based on lies, and the implications for the community if the police have no respect for the truth, are motivated by potential siezures/high-profile cases and have no regard for their sacred oath to adhere to the Constitution.
