@openbreakwhat yea thankfully i live in PA i can grow up to 10 before it becomes a felony which is a pain its self i wish i could do a larger number of smaller plants but i don’t want to risk the felony thankfully I don’t live in WV I think you get a year for looking at a plant
@OKanaganDCaudio The designated growers could have issues with crops, be short for all their patients, not have the strains you want. Hell, Some people dont like to get their veggies in the super market and would rather grow them just for their own quality control & peice of mind to know whats going into it. Same goes for weed, Taking it away from the medicinal patients & making some type of designated producers will only encourage the organized crime element to corner the market even more.
@OKanaganDCaudio Then you have them strong-arming medicinal growers to grow more than they are aloud and some get busted, witch gives medicinal growers a bad reputation that we must all be exploiting the system. So thats how the hole proposal came about, But unless they adress the organized crime in canada specifically one group from abusing the medicinal marijuana program as a way to legalize their criminal activities, Making clubs & designated growers in citys wont work.
@marksp22 they base your plant limit on how many grams a day you are aloud. Mine is 25g a day 5g a plant they base your yield ( stupidly low ) so 25×5 = 125 plants. I knew a guy at the local club who had a 50g a day license, That was the biggest I knew in person, Yeah there are alot of clubs in vancouver run by organized crime most of them really & the ones that arnt are to scared to sell & tell people to go to the other organized crime clubs.
@OKanaganDCaudio thank you for clearing that all up for me makes sense on why they would be doing that for sure.. Pretty sad how they take advantage of the system of being able to legally grow yourself.. what is the legal amount one can grow in bc? so either way your saying its not really something you dont need to worry about cause its not about the marijuana its about the organizations making money off it through the growers and even dispensaries?

@OKanaganDCaudio So they are working on a way to make it more communication between law enforcement & individual medicinal patients. Right now there is no communication back & forth between them & health canada so it is a nightmare & the criminal organizations in canada especially B.C are taking over compasionate clubs & forcing legal growers to grow 3x there limit, So until the organized crime aspect is adressed, Nothing will change.
@marksp22 Ive spoken to alot of reps in health canada & that was just an idea being passed around in the beginning. But due to the influence of criminal gangs taking over compasionate clubs in canada, They are trying to put the power into the individual growers hands more, But regulate it so people cant grow 2-3x there limit with no reprecussions or worries of a person comming by to make sure your staying within your limit. Certain gangs also take over medicinal grow ops & force this.

Is that new law if passed where u are unable to grow your own medicine going to affect you or you not too worried about it either way?

@map543211 Thanks man, I never knew any of that. I have grown for some years now, But this is my first step into the game at a serious level where we will be aiming to be able to supply compasionate clubs within 12 months.

@marksp22 Man, Up in british columbia thats all we smoke ! im kushed out homie ! I need some super space sativa weed that makes me almost trip out. Deffinatly looking forward to a nice change in the variety. Will mother the nebula / Jamaican / Larry & probably grow those for a year then switch to a bigger yielding indica. But right now Ive smoked way to much indica weed & need a break of atleast some nice mixes !

im at the last stage that you showed of the seedlings its 8 days old about 3-4 inchs tall but the leaf’s havent even grown at all and it went from stage one to what u showed in 4 days
