I cant give you a ‘single case’, but if your really want I could point you to a few studies. The fact that smoking MJ can damage your lungs pretty bad is not really a secret. And lung damage can progress until your on an oxygen tank. Ask any pulmologist.
Weed is great, but there’s no point in spreading ignorance either. Let people know youre better off eating it or vaporizing it for example.

Weed is pretty harmless but what youre saying is dumb. With all the combustion products in weed smoke its not unlikely to cause cancer, or at least contribute. You could also get a lung disease and suffocate. So lets keep it real.

Just one thing, recent neuro stuy showed that MJ doesnt do any dmaage to the barin, alcohol mild damage, but together they are real braincell killer. So if you want to keep your mind intact separate those two drugs
it’s the same effect like normal mixed consume, but be careful the “green dragon” will really fuck you up if you drink too much!

The way they did it isn’t the best method, the weed wasn’t in the alcohol long enough with just mixing, you should leave the weed in a sealed bottle of alcohol for at least a month for the THC to break down or double boil it with the cap on loosely for a while. The effects are very similar to eating weed cookies. Lots of people call it green dragon if you want to look it up.
